At Maran Timber, we strive to improve the management of our resources beginning
from raw materials, energy and to the people who work in our organisation. We practice sustainable and low impact logging, and our forest areas are either PEFC or FSC ® certified. Our raw materials are sourced only from renowned and reputable suppliers with third party certifications.
Maran Timber has been shown to meet all of the necessary qualifications to be certified as a Well Managed Natural Forest Certification in accordance with the Forest Stewardship Council’s Principles & Criteria, as elaborated by the FSC-STD-50-001 V2-0, National Forest Stewardship (NFSS) of Malaysia FSC-STD-MYS-01-2021, SCS COC Indicators for FMEs V8-0.
